The White Star Line immediately chartered a ship to head out to the site of the Titanic wreckage. When recovery ships arrived, numerous bodies were still floating in the area. Only 330 bodies of the more than 1,200 people who perished were found.

LONDON: Divers claimed to have found the wreckage of the 'Nancy', a ship which sank off the shores of the Isles of Scilly more than two centuries ago while sailing from Mumbai to London. Cargill, 23, was among 49 people on board. Her body was recovered clutching the baby but the wreckage of the ship could not be traced.

Well, here I am today, one of the survivors of the ship of dreams. My journal was found by a exploration crew. And believe it or not it was in good enough condition to be able read, and they returned it to me. Now I can relate to all the memories I had on the Titanic!
