The only symptoms I had/have are a pale tongue (not coated, just pale) and visible irritation (redness and slightly raised taste buds) at the tip of my tongue and slightly along the sides. There is also sometimes a slight tingling in my lips and gums - but not all the time, and never really any discomfort caused by it.
