This tutorial will show how the Tengwar, J.R.R. Tolkien's Elvish letters can be used under Windows. We will use Daniel Smith's Tengwar fonts (and compatible ones). First, we consider the problems of encoding and typing Tengwar, and the support that is available from software tools.
