Not only are they trespassing on private property, they are damaging the fence by grabbing a hold of it and pushing it back and forth, leaning on it etc. In a few years, the fence will have to be replaced or fixed & who will eat the cost?

There does not need to be a sign for it to be trespassing. Private property is just that, private. You know it's not public, so why push the envelope. You want the court to respect your right, but you don't want to respect other people's rights.
