It's a shame there really aren't any sneaky and underhanded tactics you can use to win a battle of tug-o-war. The only ones apply really to altering the ground before the contest. "Pus-for-brained slack-jawed smith, you're going to be /eating/ that manure in a few minutes.

It's a very technical conundrum with huge policy ramifications. So it's not surprising that Republicans are on to it, and preparing for war. ... And please, may I never again have to read that the administration was SURPRISED by the vile tactics of Republicans.
