My pain started on the right side last fall. Finally got a CT and U/S, cyst was on the left ovary. I have discomfort almost everyday too, somedays worse than others. It has improved some over time, but I was relieved to hear you say it can be hormone changes too, not just the cyst causing problems.

I keep getting twinge pains in where i think is my ovaries, on the right side and sometimes the left....i thought i was ovulating but with being late on my period i cant be ovulating this much. I was just wondering if anyone knowes what the twinge pains could be?

I read that this could be a side effect of the progesterone? Has anyone else experienced this? 3 dpo - present: A ton of cramping and bloating. The cramping doesn't hurt bad, I just feel twinges here and there. Yesterday I felt some mild cramping around my right ovary, and today it was at my left ovary.

I'm about 7wks pg, and I noticed a slight twinge on my left side about 1 1/2 wks ago. I went to my doc and they did a U/A to rule out a bladder infection. ...
