Good from my experiences. ... Yeah but he was right I do have to pay 35 a month in union dues and 3or 4% of my wages but thats fine because after Union fees I still make twice as much as he does starting out in his nonunion job,doing the sme thing (welding) He still said unions are bad but my check indicates to me otherwise.

Unions are intrested in sustainable jobs, if you want jobs that are good for the enviroment you can’t have jobs that don’t have a living wage, health and pension benefits.

I've heard all kinds of opinions about how evil unions are (from Republicans) while Democrats normally sing their praises. What's your opinion? Unions... good or bad? My dad is a member of Teamsters and has been for over 35 years.

The umpteenth version of McCain-Feingold has conned some Republicans into believing corporations and unions are treated even-handedly. But unless the Bush administration opposes this awful piece of legislation, Republicans could pay the price in 2002.

Volvo OPINIONS Forum Unions: good news, bad news. ... First the good news. Now for the bad news. My last trade show experience? Couldn't even push my own cart into the Pru Center without hassle from the Local 666. It took a $50 bribe, to get the guy to walk away. That is, to do NOTHING. $50 so he'd leave us alone!
