Windows Vista ... A great deal of the problems we've encountered aren't really fixable. It's more a matter of finding a workaround or waiting for a patch or a driver, either from Microsoft, a hardware company, a game developer, or some other third party.

If Microsoft knew this would create problems and released it anyway to users that currently have no problems, isn’t that irresponsible? If I were paranoid, I would say that Microsoft's creating more problems with Vista to help them sell Windows 7 faster.
