What struck me about this pyramid is the ready-made stratagems we use to catapult ourselves unto the next level, one of them being Conformity, our old friend. Conformity is the obvious, simplest fast-lane from what would be, above, your blue needs (Security needs) to yellow needs (Belonging needs).
