I'm at a loss and the murky water is taking the fun out of pond keeping!! ... By murky is it like the color of pea soup? If so then you need a UV sterilizer and with 5 goldfish it wouldn't hurt to have a skimmer to really circulate the water. You can clear the water by adding plant life and make it eco-friendly.
