Yaks eat about a 1/3 of what a cow consumes and are easy on the land. Yaks come in several colors: Black, Trim (Black with White trim), Royal (Black and White) Golden and Woolly. Yaks need no special fencing or special feed, and they can mange well off of good pasture, water, salt and minerals.
