So why aren't those officers under arrest and facing charges? If you or I filled out a false police report, that's a crime. It should be a felony for police officers with at least double the penalties for when a non-officer does it...

About 3 months ago i filed a false police report saying that he beat me and then i tried to withdrawl my statement but the investigating police officer could never be reached on the phone. Noe theyre trying to pursue this 1st incident against him...but hes innocent.
