You eventually die. Yeah, I already know that. ... I just wanna know what happens like day by day when you don't eat anything, like i wanna know when you start getting stomach aches and like start fainting and stuff. Oh and also, what happens when you don't drink water, either.

You need to eat light for 3 days and then not put anything heavy into your system like meats until another week. If you do, you will undo what you have started. Your body is still detoxing.
