When you are knocked out it is very similar to other times when you lose consciousness. What happens is you do not get enough blood and oxygen to the brain. Whenever this blood flow to the brain is reduced the brain does not get enough oxygen as it needs (as oxygen is carried in the blood).

just get behind someone and put your arms around their stomach and squeeze really tight until the person falls and is knocked out. this has worked with many people i’ve tried ... my friend has chased me down the street w/ a steak knife i do not know why this happens but be careful hide shit that can be used to kill you :P...

Ooof! We hate it when that happens. You take a bad fall or a karate chop to the gut, and suddenly you can't take a full breath.
