DVI or D-Sub Monitor Multimedia ... Basically, the d-sub connector is the adapter.... You can't connect a digital output to an analog input or the other way around, either. If your video card does not have the required digital output to use for the digital input on the monitor then that s all you can do.

I just bought a Samsung 700 IFT monitor, which supports both D-SUB (the regular 15-pin) and BNC connectors. Which one should I use, supposing I am able to find the BNC cable in a store nearby? Is using a BNC with the monitor really worth the extra bucks?
