When I press Ctrl-Alt-Del to see what programs are running, I have one I haven't seen (or noticed) before. It's Em-exec and I cant work out what it is. I run Windows 98se. Any ideas?

I am running windows XP with SP1; Incedentally I have noticed that EM_EXEC.EXE is listed under my processes, dont know if this helps? Any adivce would be really useful, thanks; Mark.
