I have a 350 Antec power supply, and every once in a while my computer won't turn on when I hit the power button. I wiggle the cord around and unplug it and plug it back in and it still won't turn on.

Power supply is likely toast- The G5's had some issues with capacitors in the power supplies failing which lead to problems just like you're having. A new power supply can be had for $100-150, and is a relatively easy fix.
