I finally found a pair of boots on Zappos by Sofft that are really comfortable but the shaft towards the top is just not budging.... I appreciate input from anyone with experience on stretching boot shafts or recommendations on reputable shoe repairs to do something, ANYTHING to make the shaft bigger!
