1. Catholic Easter Vigil runs about 2 hours. There are at least 5 readings. Usually there is at least one baptism. It's a beautiful ceremony. They bless the Easter fire and Easter Candle, then the holy water. Everyone has a taper and the ushers assist with lighting everyone's candle.
