Daylight Savings Time
Daylight Saving Time (DST) is the practice of advancing clocks so that there is more daylight in the afternoon hours. It is not observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Arizona.
DST begins Sunday March 14, 2010 (set clocks forward 1 hour)
DST ends Sunday November 7, 2010 (set clocks back 1 hour)

Before you go to sleep to tonight, you should set your clocks back 1 hour. Daylight savings time now begins on the first Sunday of November. Clocks officially go back 1 hour at exactly 2 AM tomorrow This is a later date than normal as Energy Policy Act of 2005 changed the dates of daylight time.
