Stimulus payments will be made by direct deposit to people who choose to receive their 2007 income tax refunds through direct deposit. All others will receive their economic stimulus payments in the form of a paper check.

I understand that those are being mailed out based on when you sent in your tax return. Those sent in their taxes in January received their stimulus checks earlier than the rest.

I have not received my stimulus check as of 2:45 today and my last 2 digits are 02. I don't know what is going on but I have friends that have gotten theirs and they have a higher number than I have. Mine is suppose to be ... No one who has not paid their income taxes will not receive their stimulus check until they do.
