I do not believe women should register for the draft. ... I don't know why draft registration even exists, because the draft will never come back. In all fairness, I think that as long as the government is having draft registration, that women should have to register too.

No you don't have to sign up for the draft when you turn 18. You DO have to register for Selective Service when you turn 18. What happens, no student loans, no small business loans when you get older. And you get to carry the shame of being a loser for the rest of your life.
