Yes, Dachau is located in Germany. On March 22nd, 1933 it was founded as a concentration camp for “political” prisoners, opponents of the Hitler regime. As to Jews, many of them were murdered by the Nazis. Whether they were murdered in Poland or Hungary is irrelevant.
