Accepting the award for both states is Brainy Blonde! Gtho4 is correct when saying Texas has the most due to the size of the state. Tornadoes are recorded by how many per 10,000 square miles. If Oklahoma were the same size as Texas, they would get a little over 7 per 10,000 square miles.
