Currently, 34 states require a permit to carry concealed weapons, and 11 states have laws that allow, but do not require, a concealed weapon permit to be issued under certain conditions. Alaska and Vermont do not require a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

I'm trying to find a list of states that have Carry Concealed Weapon laws. ... You might try contacting the NRA - I suspect they'd provide you with a list in a heart beat. For whatever it's worth, I know that both Alabama and Texas have "concealed weapons" laws. Good luck!
