Most of our dogs will occasionally vomit white foam--not while running, but just hanging around. I've always thought the foam was produced by ... I have noticed white/foamy vomit with certain dogs of mine as well. I have only seen it after a dog drinks water after a run. Usually these dogs have been the harder workers.

Well, that isn't working, she still vomits at that hour of the morning. She doesn't vomit up any food, just a white foamy kind of substance or a yellowish substance. The only thing I could think of is that she becomes nautious when her stomach gets empty.
