Cillizza also reminds us that Halter regularly "considers" races only to back down. That said, if he did run, I would definitely support him over Lincoln, who has heretofore voted like a corporate automaton. Further, a Democratic primary challenger running to Lincoln's left could have some political oxygen to work with.
