The lyrics to Hark! The Herald Angels Sing (1739) is one of them. Actually, what he wrote is "Hark how all the welkin rings/Glory to the King of Kings." ("Welkin" means, apparently, "heaven".) A colleague, the Calvinist Whitfield, substituted the familiar opening line over the protests of the author.
