HI, I have 2 cases in GA. One is a DUI and has been pending for 5 years now. The other was a case that was dropped and currently says dead docket- which I was told can be expunged. ... In 2003 I was charged with criminal damage to property criminal trespass and theft by taking. I went to my public defender to see what was going on and she said my case was Dead Docket the charges was dropped. If I had known the truth about what dead docket really was I would have done my best not to let it happen.
