hitler had it all...cher-like name recognition, a face you can't forget, and the word 'nazi' that could be inserted at will when comparisons got out of hand. why stop with name calling ... for extra credit he even had the swastika, which in and of itself could speak volumes. nobody else on the list has branding like that.
