Guinea pigs sqeak because they are happy.Don't worry, i found out this from my pet guinea pigs.Just handle them alot and keep them entertained.Make sure you feed them enough foods which contain vitamens.E.G carrots, lettice, apples.

The two guinea pigs both female (cresta and soda) were 8 weeks old and brought from a breeder they were long haired and cost £12 each (boys were £7) but unfortunately soda died at six months old (not sure why) so Cresta was left alone.

If you make a squeaking noise to a Rabbit or Hamster then you are not likely to get much of a response, but Guinea Pigs are different. Every time I used to go out to feed my Guinea Pigs or check they were ok I used to squeak before I approached their hutch or run and they would squeak loudly and run out to see me.
