To relieve this "pressure" I make myself burp and it helps but at times I find myself constantly doing it to get rid of the pressure. I too have tried looking at what I eat, drink, etc. I too suffer from heartburn and religiously take prilosec OTC and at times pepcid as well.

I have been burping constantly throughout the day for 2 months now, I have had an endoscopy and a scan. the doctor says he can't find anything wrong.I don't seem to have any other symptoms. except the discomfort i feel, needing to burp, and obviously its getting me down.

I always felt like I couldn't catch my breath, so I was constantly sighing. Then a month ago, I was diagnosed with severe acid reflux. It seems that I start belching when it acts up. It does cause pain sometimes, and after letting it out, it feels better.

Recently I noticed I am not feeling well. I feel numbness of my left arm and I burp constantly. I don’t know if those things are connected. I hope they aren’t. Sometimes I even feel pain in my arm. Why do people with cancer burp constantly. My mother, who died of cancer (ovarian) and my brother, who I am currently taking care of (lung, liver and now brain cancer) , both burped almost non-stop after eating and during episodes of nausea and extreme pain or discomfort.
