I lose weight around my face and neck mroe than everywhere else, so people say I often look weak and skinny, depsite having 'thunder thighs' I'm naturally pale so I dress to suit my complexion. Maybe you are naturally pale.

Being so Pale is annoying Personal Issues ... I can get freakisly pale when I've been out of the sun for a few months, but I tan fairly easily and pretty deeply. I used to have people in school call me a "Ni**er", I was so tanned... then during the winter I look like I fell out of the back of a herse!
