Help me stop the morning snots. Invariably, every morning my sinuses go into overdrive about 5-10 minutes after I wake up. My nose gets completely congested and I'll have to honk wads of clear mucous into several tissues to clear it out.

Nasal symptoms are more common in the night and early morning. Do you feel congested at the moment you wake up? Does this occur only ... every morning when I wake up I am congested, with thick phlegm in my throat. I cough to get the phlegm up, and it draw tears, I just want it to stop. Any suggestions on what this may be?

Oh, I feel like complete crap today. ... :( My chest is so congested and tight, and I cant get it to break lose so I can just cough it up, already! Even though I sleep pretty good, I wake up every morning feeling like I only slept for an hour. I dream so much at night, I wake up and toss and turn after each one.

I've woken up every morning with a really dry mouth for the last two weeks. It's getting to the point that it wakes me up because its so dry. Then after maybe 15 minutes again its back to normal. Is it because I do not drink enough water or is it something else?

I'm four months pregnant, and my allergies are wreaking havoc on my body. ... I have no idea what kind of allergies I have, but I wake up every morning vomiting stomach acid and congestion that has drained to my stomach while I sleep. This is making my "morning sickness" unbearable!
