Not just sagging, but way down I've seen guys arou ... I couldn't tell you what it "means" now, and I doubt many people who wear their pants in this style could either. It has become a fashion, just like bell-bottom pants or those awful shirts that make thin girls look pregnant.

7th grader wears his pants very VERY low ... He is a normal kid and follows fashion i.e. he wears his pants very low. In fact, very VERY low. His dad and I, harking back to our own sartorial statements in middle and high school have been pretty cool about it but it's getting harder.
