I can drive the car back and forth in the drive way and it will not stall when I stop it, ... Question: 1994 Plymouth Acclaim mileage: 102,000. Today my wife was driving to work, and it was wet. On her way the car stalled. She tried to start it numerous times but nothing. After contacting me, I arrived about 15 minutes later.

But 4 days later, a new problem appeared. The engine stops immediately everytime I start it. can somebody help me with this? thanks ... After the cleaning, the "immediate stall after start problem" was fixed. the car is still with the mech.

After 5 minutes of running the engine, ... If your battery needs water to be added, the mechanic should fill it with distilled auto repair water during a tune up. The positive crankcase ventilation valve should be replaced during a tune up. A clogged PCV valve is a problem when it causes your car to stall or run poorly.

My usually very reliable Miata has picked up a bad habit in the last few weeks. Occasionally, she will stall right after I start her. This happens when cold or when warmed up. I turn the key, the engine starts, and then dies right away (after I let up on the starter).

Hi, I have a 98 540ia and am getting some unusual behavior. Every now and then the car will stall about 10 seconds after I start it. It doesnt always happen, just every now and then. And I can always restart it to get it going. ... And once I start driving it the car won't stall. However I am finding that it is doing it more...
