I have no idea why, but I love to lick plastic bags any chance I get! Mom takes them away and thinks I shouldn't be doing this. Sometimes I like to lick ... Abbie, who is also now in kitty heaven, loved plastic. She would search high and low to try to find some that I may have forgotten to throw away in a cat-proof can.
