At that time, I was placed on bed rest until the collection of blood was gone. I have had weekly doctor's appointments and ultrasounds every two weeks since. The blood has not disappeared. I feel so much better psychologically and physically when I am more active, but I don't want to jeopardize my baby's health.

Generally with any exercise, you want to alternate days so you give your muscles a chance to recover. Add some weight training on those alternate days.
