I called the store back and the sales person said he would purchase the furniture for me, it was his mistake. Wicks is the worst store I have ever dealt with. I have spent $8,000 with them and they do not care. I have received damaged furniture, they show up to fix it with the wrong parts and never call back.

I bought my furniture 6 months ago and got the protection plan with it.. My sofa just broke and now i can't get it fixed. So much for that protection plan. I went to the store yesterday and the Wicks person said that I could call the Insucrance company and that they would credit me the amount of the unused insurance.
