I am trying to create a Windows 98 start up disk but have failed to do so due to the following problem : From Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Start Up disk -> Create Disk... - receive response "insert the disk labeled 'Windows 98 CD-ROM' , and then click ok" ;
