Ive beeen surfing all my life and, my xiphoid process is has been curling outward and sticks out quite a bit. It seems to be getting worse as i get older. I am 41 now and im worndeering if there's any ways to prvent it and stop it from protruding.

So imagine a master who could deliver a subtle, yet powerful blow to the xiphoid process. His victim would go into shock, then probably die a few days later, akin to the myths of 'death touches'.
