After looking at the picture you linked to, it is for the top agitator, not the bottom. I have attached a picture from the parts manual. I remove 23 (top cap) and 18 (bolt). The top agitator (31)came off very easy, however, 39 (bottom agitator) goes on to a spline shaft and it is the one I am having problems removing.
