We see families as the centre of the community and so working with Young People and other care agencies means for us reintegration.

All of Abronah Care Staff are train to the highest level. We offer a comprehensive induction program for all new employees which includes familiarisation within the work environment and location. We would normally expect a basic grade of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care for Residential Support Workers.
