I still have a lot of redness left on my face, mostly due to all the crazy medications I took, but as for all the pimples and bumps and "craters" all over my face, well all that is gone, my skin is smooth, I feel energetic, rejuvenated, and I believe it is all thanks to the benefits of fasting.
